A road safety and driving camp for senior secondary students (Years 10 - 12) to enhance safety by experience and eliminate tragedy through attitude

This 2 day and 1 night camp is based at Brisbane's famous Lakeside Park with accommodation provided at Camp North Pine. All training, meals and accommodation are included in the package. Activities include:

• Road law
• Car safety and physics
• Simulated crash experience
• Accident avoidance
• Assistance at the scene

• provide the ability to evaluate the driving environment and other drivers.
• understand and respect the road and it's rules
• provide an understanding of car accidents and their seriousness (through the simulated car crash)
• provide an understanding of the risks involved in driving
• teach car safety and reliability techniques
• provide a sense of situational awareness which driving lessons can't give
